RETURN/EXCHANGE/CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Exchange or return your order,
The Consumer Defense Code defines that exchanges and returns can be carried out within 7 days in case of regret. After that period, they are free for 30 days from the date of your order. You can exchange your product for store credit, a different product, or receive a refund using the same payment method.
When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased on our website, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipping repaired or replaced products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for returning the product to us.
